What’s the difference between the BB1NC, The BB 2NC and the BB 2NHC?
The BB1NC has one nozzle and is connected to the cold-water supply. The BB 2NC has 2 nozzles and a self-cleaning feature for the nozzles. The BB 2NHC has 2 nozzles, a self-cleaning features and is connected to the hot and cold water.
How long does it take to install it?
Between 10 and 20 minutes max, depending on your experience and how handy you are.
Do you have replacements parts in case I need any?

I’m not handy, can I install it by myself or do I need a handyman?
It’s a DIY (Do It Yourself) product, you should be able to install it under normal circumstances.
My toilet is round, will it fit on it?
The BB 2NC fits round and elongated toilets.
Do I need an electric outlet?
No, you don’t, the BB 2NC doesn’t require electricity or batteries. It uses water pressure.
Does it fit a particular toilet brand or size or model?
The BB 2NC fits most standard toilets, the only toilet types it will not fit is one with a French curve style.
Which tool do I need?
A screw driver and a small wrench.
Do I need to hire a professional plumber to install it?
All Bona Bidets models are designed for D.I.Y. (Do It Yourself). Installation is easy and simple, instructions are provided.
How do I connect it to water?
You will only need to connect the water from the fresh water line. The Bona Bidet BB 2NC comes with the universal 3/8″ brass t-valve that will connect directly to the toilet water fill valve.
Will this water be cold?
With the average user, the water will only be sprayed for about 40 seconds, so during this time the water that will be running through the bidet will be coming from the pipes inside the house, which will be close to room temperature.
Can I use this as a hot water bidet?
No, the BB1NC is a cold water but we offer the BB 2NHC which is hot and cold water bidet.
